Took my son here to treat him, walked in with a coffee lid on! and wasn’t allowed in, “no food or drinks” I presume they’ll be enforcing this rule with babies. Ridiculous.
I can't thank the team at Colchester enough for their help with us securing the LOL house for our Granddaughter on Saturday. They took the time to do a thorough search of the store despite the stock showing zero. It was the discontinued version which she had set her heart on. My husband thought he had had no luck but someone found him in the store before he left as they had found one. So so grateful, especially as it was so busy in the store. You made a 6 year old little girls birthday complete.
Even though I tried to return the product with everything, they absolutely did not accept it. Because thwy said that it was opened. How can I tell if the product is of good quality without opening the box?nthat it is not. can you explain this? The product was not used, just the cover was opened and put back. There is a return period. And yet they did not accept. definitely avoid it. do not use. You can definitely find it somewhere else
I just wanted to say how lovely your staff are. Darcy showed us around and was super helpful and friendly and made my little boy feel very special for Christmas. We will definitely be returning soon.
Click & collect requires photo ID, really!! I don't have any as I don't drive & dont travel abroad! It was a 50 quid toy nothing mega expensive - strange how Argos doesn't ask for this, the order number, email & bank card used to pay should be sufficient .... won't be using this service again, just take a chance that the item is still in stock on the day.
