Dealt with a lady called Tina. She helped us pick the best car seat for our son and went through everything with us In detail on how it works. Was so helpful and so knowledgeable on all the baby products as we purchased a cot too and again she went through everything with us in detail. I don't normally leave reviews but this lady deserves one. She is a credit to your company
2 members of staff on floor both working on very busy checkouts. No one available to answer a query..all the parents in the queue got frustrated with the delays..no Not a great shopping experience..
Smyth's seling disc versions of modern warefare 2 which don't work. You have to download massive update files before playing any aspect of the game. Essentially mw2 is not a working game on the disc smyths are selling.
My son loves this store, aisles of toys and gizmos catch his eyes as we walked through the maze like labyrinth. He picks out his favourites and we favourites and place them in the trolly, I ask if he got everything he wanted and he says "yes dad". Then I proceed to tell him to place every toy back where he got it as tears fill his eyes. When he can't reach the shelf I yell size based slurs at him, he crawls up in a ball and cries, I laugh That's what you get for breaking the kitchen window you little fool. I leave him to his crying and I go to the petstore to look at the fish Will come again
A childs paradise! Well stocked superstore with a fantastic range for all ages, even as big as parents! As you will realise Christmas is absolutely a mad time to get into the shop. Good helpful staff too!
The worst Smyths in the country but unfortunately our local one. There's a man with long hair who I tried to ask of they had a certain toy and before I could finish my sentence he snaps and says his till is closed. Today I was there and my little boy who is potty training needed to go to the toilet and the same man ran over to the toilet and rudley said it's out of order, I but it was open, I said he's going to have an accident and he said the closest toilet is home store and more. Ridiculously unhelpful and not friendly.
I visited Smiths Navan store earlier today and had a lovely experience. I asked an assistant for directions as she walked past, to where I might find the items on my list and not only did she direct me but literally walked me to many areas to choose from a wide variety of gift ideas. I later noted her name as Zoe and she really is a gem! I spoke to a manager before I left and told her how happy and most grateful to Zoe for taking so much time, care and patience to help me . The shop was extremely busy at the time but despite my list of 9 gifts, I was in and out in 1 hr. Well done Zoe, a truely memorable experience for this customer. Excellent customer service at Smiths Navan. Merry Christmas everyone
Customer service in the Navan store is awful. Extremely unhelpful.
I ordered Nintendo Switch and just dance package online a few days ago, get charged for 6.99 delivery fee which says delivery is free if the order is more than 25euro on the website. Today I return the package -not opened- to the store, only get refunded the items not the delivery fee 6.99Euro. In terms of online shopping experience, it's not good as Amazon. Should have gone there
Bought a kids Bike 2 weeks ago.Got assembled in the shop which took around 4 days.After collection noticed that the Bell was broken which was replaced on the same day.The bike was leaning towards right when the child was riding .Then I noticed that the stabilized were assembled in the wrong way.Tried to contact the shop to know the availability of mechanic they are available only twice in a week. Could not contact them.So plz make sure you get it checked if you are getting a delivery if you are buying a bike .so pl
