This is the first time I've used Smiths and it definitely wont be the last! Friendly professional drivers, nice new cars kept immaculately clean, we came home late because of delayed flight, no problem driver was happily waiting even though we were delayed by nearly 3 hours! I cant recommend this service highly enough! Fantastic and well worth the money! Thank you very much!!!

Fantastic service. Very helpful and met our every need. We are a family of 7 and that included our 4 month old. Car seats were all provided. Car arrived on time. Driver was so helpful and friendly. Car was very clean. Return journey was excellent. Would definitely use again and recommend this firm.

Just used Smiths for the first time and am very happy with the service. Was obviously nervous they might not show so emailed again the night before pick up. They responded quickly which put my mind at ease. We had an early pick up time and they arrived on the agreed time. They also supplied a child seat for our 3 year old. Both our drivers to and from Gatwick were pleasant so will be using smiths again.
Have been a customer for some time and always received a great service. Recently my plane was diverted in the middle of the night, Smiths were excellent - they contacted me when I landed and re-arranged my transport with a minimum of fuss, so that when I finally did get to my intended airport in the small hours of the morning, a driver was waiting to take me home. Would definitely recommend.
I've used Smiths on many occasions to get back and forth from Heathrow to the Isle of Wight ferry terminals and cannot rate them highly enough. Booking over the phone is really easy and all the drivers I have had have been respectful and friendly and I have always felt very comfortable when travelling on my own. Cars are spotless, the drivers have always been on time and they do everything possible to get me to the last boat!

First time using Smiths which is always a bit daunting when you’ve booked a taxi for 03:00 but he turned up on time and was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the taxi back was a bit different she was late, which wouldn’t have been a problem if she had told us that when she called as we would have gone for a welcome coffee but she said she was stood at the arrival area with a white board with my name on it so we rushed through no one there. Long story short after a confusing 2 hour route back she dropped us off safe and well.
Have used them twice for early morning Airport runs and they've never failed to disappoint. The driver was professional and friendly and the car was modern and clean. Couldn't ask for anything more
