I can highly reccomend paying a visit to Smith and Smith in Bridport. There customer service is exceptional and their products are of great quality.

Just popped into Smith and Smith to buy a linen suite for a wedding. I have shopped here now for over 20 years and I have never been treated so poorly buy this fairly new member of staff. I was told that it’s the wrong time of year to but said suite , a summer suit in the summer, and they are now getting stock for the winter. Their suppliers can not supply them. I contacted the suit maker and they recommended an other outlet and I have now purchased a summer suite in the summer for a summer wedding. In this day an age customer service is king. I won’t be shopping there ever again what a shame !!

We went into the shop today the young gentleman was extremely professional and attentive. It reminded me of years ago when customers mattered. I would love to have this shop near me all the time. Highly recommended to anyone

Amazing array of clobber, it's almost a receptacle of all things that are middle-class couturier.

A must visit if you are in Dorset.  But! If you are out in the provinces use the internet or phone in for SUPERB service.  My cravat was ordered on Friday, delivered on Saturday.  Excellent product.  Excellent price and free delivery.  My cravat?  Less formal and restrictive than a tie.  Less scruffy than an open neck formal shirt with a jacket or blazer - in fact, cut a classical dash and wear a cravat.

One of the few genuine gentlemens outfitters selling quality garments in a variety of styles. There is also a ladies department upstairs of similar quality. First class staff and friendly atmosphere.

Most unhelpful staff not really bothered about selling using covid as an excuse so can't try things on, most dissatisfied I'm glad they can afford to lose customers

Very professional and polite, had exactly what I needed on the shelf ready to go.

Good quality clothes and excellent service.
