Found Simon online and he came out very quickly to fix some scrapes to my car door. He turned up on time if anything was a few minutes early! to my home, set up and had the job done pretty quickly. He was extremely efficient and left no mess. The repair is 10/10 and you can't tell there ever was any damage. The price was made clear from the outset and was extremely reasonable and I couldn't recommend him enough.Service: Painting
I scratched my car and googled the company to fix it. I am lucky to have found Simon who has done amazing and professional work. The back door of my car looks like brand new. AWFUL, DO NOT USE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Booked in and never turned up or replied, waste of my time. I arranged to leave my car with Simon at his house and checked with him the week of the booking that we were still on. Turned up on the day and he never appeared or responded to my texts or calls - knew it was the right place as his van was there. Left my car in the hopes that he was running late and would still sort it, however still no reply after 6 hours. When I went back to get my car his van was gone, so he was purposefully ignoring me. Other reviews have said the same thing, not sure why he's done this and not just cancelled the job.
Simon does all the body work on our fleet of vans and our personal vehicles. I have also recommended how to other companies we work along side and never lets us down.
Spoke to ' Simon' over the phone and sent pictures , agreed price, and arranged for the job to be done a week later, that is today. Rang Simon last night and checked if all was still on for the job to be done 9.30-10 today. Given assurance he would be there today at the time agreed. Yes you have guessed it. No show and no phone call or explanation. I rang to find out if he would be coming later for some reason. Would not answer the phone and despite two messages to either ring or text he made no contact. Abysmal customer service. There is no guarantee he will turn up so don't take a day off work and lose a day's pay as well. My neighbour had a new car insurance policy to cover minor car park damage and he turned up for them so maybe he cares more about his insurance contracts than with the regular joe public customers. Deal with this company at your peril.
Brilliant service! My boyfriend recently took his car to be repaired.. He got a quote and was offered a great price, the final result was great!! You can't tell there was ever any damage. We would highly recommend..
Terrible. Had initially booked to come do the work on Thursday as car needs to be returned to leasing company next week. Phoned up later to say it was double booked and changed the appointment to Wednesday which I agreed to. Then calls on Wednesday morning to say couldn't make that either and asked for Friday. Again I agreed to this. Friday morning rolls around and he did not show up, phone turned off all day and did not bother replying to any messages to say he wouldn't make it. In the end had to contact another firm who thankfully came down on Saturday and did the work. I can't comment on his quality of work but if you value your time, steer clear excuse the pun!
Arranged for "Simon" to repair my wife's AND son's car on Thursday 5th Oct at 9.30am. He hadn't arrived by 10.05 so I sent him a text.He replied to say his van had broken down. Messaged me at 12.37 to say it had to go to garage & he would come tomorrow. He messaged me the next morning to say van wasn't fixed, so I suggested he let me know when he was mobile again. We exchanged messages on Monday & agreed he would come on Thursday again. At 9.55 he sent a text to say he would be with me at 10.30, so I replied "OK". He didn't turn up, didn't respond to messages and didn't answer the phone. I asked him "Why do this?" - no response. I have lost a number of work hours, travelled to & fro unnecessarily & could have got someone else to fix the cars since I first contacted him on 22nd Sept. No idea what his work is like but rely on him doing it at your peril!
