We are so pleased with our replacement roof installation undertaken by SMART Conservatory Solutions. From the initial site visit with a consultant who went through the options with none of hard sell techniques that other companies employ. Having placed an order an installation date was provided and the fitters, Thomas and Michael arrived and worked hard during 2 days to fit the roof. These guys are very skilled, tidy and friendly - a credit to the company. The following day a plasterer came and plastered the inside and a painter came along 10 days later to complete the finish which is perfect. The heatwave arrived and whereas before we wouldn't be able to enter the conservatory as it was so hot - we were able to sit in there looking out at the garden. It has made turned a room that was too hot and full of insects trying to escape the glass roof into a usable space - well worth the investment. Thank you SMART Conservatory Solutions

Smart Conservatory Solutions have just finished a tiled roof installation for us May 2022 and the whole process has been superb. The sales team were excellent to deal with, not at all pushy and as others are saying in reviews, very competitively priced. The installation team were also excellent and the workmanship is superb. The Victorian shaped conservatory was relatively complex at 4.5m x 3.5m with 11 roof panels. They completed the build in 2.5 days with a plasterer returning for 2 hours the following day to complete the job! Really impressive and I would have no hesitation to recommend them. NB. Only pic I have is end of day 2 of the build so not finished but you get the idea!

Smart Conservatory Solutions installed a solid roof for me in August 2021, their proposal and price was attractive and the finished job is just what the family wanted. The work was completed over 4 days with a final visit one week later for the ceiling painting. The contractors were first class and worked really quickly without compromising on quality. Ian was a first class point man and we are really pleased with the results.

We decided to have our conservatory roof tiled as the original polycarbonate panels were starting to leak water. Our project was handled very professionally from planning to completion. The job was completed in one day with great efficiency by the two guys concerned, who made every effort to keep the disruption to a minimum, a job well done. We now have a much more usable garden room, we are well pleased.

Smart Conservatory Solutions have just completed a new tiled roof on our conservatory and we are delighted with the results. For a very reasonable price, we now have a space that we can use all year round. The whole process was was painless, the workmen were very hard working and conscientious and any minor issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. The quality & finish of the exterior & interior new roof is excellent. Arick & Cameron did a great job, I was so impressed by their work ethic: working such long hours. Richard too did a wonderful job plastering the ceiling. All three are charming, courteous, well mannered and a pleasure to have around. They also all cleared away in a clean & tidy manner. Bless his heart, Richard even helped me lift the dining table back into place. I’m looking forward to booking in for the ceiling to be painted and having the room back to normal. I have noticed a huge difference in my conservatory now that the polycarbonate roof has been replaced. I used to know it was raining before anyone else in England; today having not heard the rain I walked outside the back door and got very wet! There has also been a sort of flattening to any previous sound in the conservatory. It’s altogether more peaceful now. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company.

We had all our conservatory windows and doors replaced and decided to also replace the leaking glass roof with a solid tiled roof along with two roof opening windows. Jim Robertson who initially came to see us and talk through our plans was very professional and very patient, no pushy sales pitch at all which was very refreshing. The two fitters, Adam and Andrew were superb. They were very hard working, starting as early as 7.30am on a couple of mornings and working solidly all day until early evening. Very clean tidy work. Even our next door neighbours commented on how hard working they were! The guys were here for 4 days and then were followed by a plasterer and then a painter who both did a great job. Ian Latimer in the office kept us informed of expected date of start of work through to completion paperwork being sent. We are so pleased we went ahead with the job and would be very happy to recommend Smart Conservatory Solutions.

Had Smart Conservatory Solutions replace our conservatory roof in Northampton. We did look around before hand they seemed to have good reviews. At all times from the initial call, to the visit from their salesman & from the different teams involved in the build, they were professional and courteous. You are told during initial visit there are two options, one slightly more expensive than the other, but these aren't decided by you or SCS but rather your existing build. Ours along with many was the cheaper option which is conversion rather than replacement as the strength was already there. The work was carried out over the shortest possible time, with the only delay being the wait for the plaster to dry before decoration which i would highly recommend. All the work carried out was to a very high standard. The hole reason we had the work carried out was to take it from being a summer only conservatory to being a year round additional room. We didn't suffer the heat in the summer, but it was extremely cold in the winter. There seemed little point in writing the review before we had the cold spell, but now that we have, it completes the experience. The 'room' is now a regularly used part of the house. The door is always open it no longer feels like we're outside when we enter. The difference is at least all that is was suggested to be & more. Well worth having the work completed & well worth having it done by Smart.
