Absolutely incredible experience! Rarely leave reviews but the crew we had for our move Dave, Nick B, and Adrian were spectacular. We've done many moves and this was the fastest and easiest one we've ever had. The crew came right on time, were super friendly and helpful, faster than I thought possible, super careful, and just absolutely a dream team! Will recommend to everyone. As a side note, we've now used "Two small men with big hearts" 3 times twice in Toronto and as a company they are superb - unlike with previous movers we never had any issues and left the experience feeling great about everything. But the London crew was extra good!
I had an amazing team help with with a move from London to Kincardine. Dave and Lucas were quick, efficient, and very kind and courteous. The price was amazing considering how these poor men worked their butt's off in our late summer heat. We will recommend highly and would most definitely use them again if we ever moved in the future.
Last week on October 1,2024 Baris and Tyriq moved 2 households in one move to one home together. The whole time in what seemed to be would have been a lot they made it seem so easy, they moved everything in with NO breaks and with smiles on their faces. The whole time what impressed me the most was how careful they were with all of our belongings and always stated that wanted us to be as happy as possible with our move and ensure we always had smiles on our faces! Thank you SO MUCH to you both in making our move a stress free one.
We had another wonderful experience last week with Two Small Men moving. Just like the first time we used them, the men were on-time, friendly, efficient, and took good care of our things. We would definitely recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again in future.
Booked with these guys after my last company bailed on me last minute. Dorothy was so sweet and went out of her way to find some way to help me and ended up being able to send some guys to my apartment within an hour. Tyree sorry, I might have misheard and Felix showed up and got everything loaded into the truck despite issues with the elevator, and unloaded at my new place despite the rain. My only concern is some items were moved with less care than I would have liked, resulting in some dings and knicks in my furniture as well as some scuffs and gouges in walls at my old and new place. Other than that I am very happy with their work and super appreciative that they were able to help me out during a very stressful day. Thank you!
100% recommend this company for moving. Michael and Anthony were incredibly efficient, professional, personable and hard working. We were very happy and impressed with their work, and will be recommending them to everyone who needs to move!!
The guys were fantastic. Showed up time. Loaded the truck up very fast. Unloaded it even faster. From the office to the movers 100 percent professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Adrian, Michael and Felix did a great job! They went above and beyond when moving us to our new place! We have used this service in the past and they always are speedy and extra helpful making your move a great one!
TLDR - 3 people who did my move for this company ended up costing me $2300+ - the company Prime Movers I hired for my previous move sent 2 people and they managed to move more stuff from a more complicated space for less than $1000 --- I hired this business to move me from an apartment to a condo and despite providing a very detailed and accurate list up front, the team that completed my move was unable to do so in one trip with a 26' truck. In the end I paid almost double what was quoted and when I expressed concern afterward I heard nothing back from customer service.
This company takes the pain out of moving. They made everything so effortless and streamlined that it all felt like a breeze. A highly professional, super helpful and extremely nice team, from those answering emails to the movers themselves. Thanks again for everything!
