Disgusting!!!! Ordered a meal to the value of £32. I was told it would take an hour to deliver. No problem with that, they must be busy! The meal I got had OBVIOUSLY been cooked WHEN I ORDERED IT, and kept warm until delivered an hour later! To add insult to dry food injury the sauce in the chicken mushroom had ran out of the container and dripped onto the carpet. Keeping food warm for so long, lord knows the health implications!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Ordered from winsford said be 40 mins was 25. Food was fresh and hot and great price well done.

Absolutely gross. Watery food, wouldn't feed it to a dog. Avoid like the plague and you'd do a better job trying to cook Chinese for yourself at home. Rang to try and get money back and was thanked for feedback. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The service from the Slowboat is dreadful, staffed by incompetent people who are incapable of taking an order. The quality of food is questionable at best. Use at your peril.
