Just six minutes from Windsor great station
I'm very disappointed with this train station. I've never felt so bad. It's the train station in the UK that I feel the worst.nUnnamed woman was very aggressive at not letting me explain about my dual use of a rail-card for 2 travelers and pressured me heavily to pay extra for traveling at peak time when my journey started at off peak. She and her coworkers surrounded me and would not listen to my explanation of the situation. This sort of bullying is unacceptable to people who already pay a-lot of money to use this service for their workers to have a complex about acquiring quotas of offenders and strong arming people into paying fines they are not eligible to have to pay when it is not our fault both of our rail-cards are not printed on the ticket legibly.
It will be nice if Gurdev didnt tell me to look down like im some low worthy person. I was just asking for a refund, I wasn't rude. I shouldn't be treated like that. Silly thing is, i complained and I didn't get a response. Really shows what this company is like. Unfortunately, this is one of the only transport I can use
Why is there a stupid annoying announcement telling you 4 times how to walk up stairs??!!!!!! Adults are the most common passenger on trains and they already know how to use stairs!!!!!!! This sort of hostile architecture just deters all people from using Slough station and gives the impression the staff are stupid and don't know how to use stairs!!!nThe staff are extremely hostile and rude and I have witnessed them assaulting people just trying to board trains. Absolutely appalling behaviour!! The lack of benches too is disgusting considering a majority of the Slough population is disabled and need benches to sit on. This train station is an insult to the people of Slough and anyone who is unlucky enough to have to pass through it
Extremely helpful staff who helped us get the best deal for our 'clueless country bumpkins' family day trip to London. Nice clean station too, and comfy Elizabeth line train with air-con.
