Very weird company. I bought an 18-piece set of Glasslock boxes on Amazon. I received the delivered notification, but all that had arrived that day was a large tin of Quality Street in a ripped and battered John Lewis box, with no note as to where it had come from. The return address said Slamtech, so I called them to try and find out what was going on - they mentioned the Glasslock items so I assumed the chocolates had been sent in error. The woman on the phone said she'd sort it for me (but that they were unable to send me the actual item I'd paid for until they received the chocolates back); nothing happened. I emailed, and got a series of what seemed like auto-messages from a robot, including one that assured me that the dispatch team said the correct item had been sent. I was trying to arrange a pick-up date for the chocolates (which they don't sell on their website, so who knows where they came from) and kept getting the same email from customer services. After about a week of this, the Glasslock boxes arrived, but the sender was a completely different company with the same registered address. After two days (and giving the Quality Street away) I received more baffling emails from Slamtech about returning the chocolates and they would send me the boxes. I have no idea what all this was about, and I know most people don't check Amazon senders before buying, but this was a weird and frustrating interlude that all seemed really suspicious. Maybe I should just be happier that someone wanted to send me Quality Street for no reason.

Absolutely unprofessional. I bought from them a Remington trimmer which after few weeks broke. I have sent it back 2 months ago via free post which they provided and since that day I have been chasing customer service for exchange or refund. 2 weeks ago they told me that they haven't received it and asked me to provide a slip from their free post - joke! I spoke with 5 different customer service operators and had to explain the story over and over again! I had confirmation that the refunded me however until now I haven't seen money on my account. I am giving up!!! Stay away from them!

Unprofessional and the worst customer service ever. You will be left out of pocket with this company and without your item. I feel that slamtec should take responsibility for the couriers they use ROYAL MAIL who delivered a parcel to a different address altogether. They never attempted to offer any compensation or helped in resolving the issue. Plz save ur time and money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not use this company!!! I ordered a £73.99 product (hot wheels track) and they sent me a paw patrol car set! I had to go to the post office and pay for recorded delivery (another £11) 2 weeks later they claim they haven’t received it, and amazon won’t refund me, so no present for my son and no money back! Useless company poor customer service

I really want to give 0 stars!!After 2 products was not delivered, I contacted them about a refund to be greeted with 'I am not sure'.I then was told to put it in an email, Had no reply.I chased them to be told a refund had been given.On the off chance I checked and one wasn't given, so I called again and only when i got a little angry with them a refund was given (even though they had previously told me they had given me one the week before).I will definitely not be shopping with this company again.Stay clear!!!
