Sam, Dave and the team have been nothing short of amazing. Our wedding dates and reception were all messed up due to covid. They have accommodated us and really gone above and beyond our expectations. The venue is brilliant with stunning views and very much catered for an excellent special day. Sam is an excellent event manager and just knows her stuff. Really hope you all the best for the future and will be in touch even if it’s a little hello. :
About 40 of us descended on Skylark for our Xmas party on 9th December 2022. We attended The Greatest Showman event and everyone had a blast! We enjoyed the food, had great entertainment and the bar service was attentive and speedy! All in all, the ladies had a fantastic time and made some extra special memories together dancing the night away until the end. Can't thank those involved enough for helping make a great Xmas party! We had a really wonderful August wedding day at Skylark Farm. We chose Skylark for its beautiful views and relaxed atmosphere. Sam, Dave and the staff did an excellent job of looking after our guests and coordinating the day. We chose the table carvery option for our wedding breakfast which our guests loved - the meats were cooked beautifully and the vegetables were delicious! For the evening we had a pizza buffet, which was a selection of freshly made pizzas out of the outdoor pizza oven. We would definitely recommend Skylark for your wedding venue!
Popped in to Skylark cafè this morning. This a wonderful family run establishment with awesome surroundings. The food is great with really good prices. The staff are friendly and make you feel like family. Sam the owner is so friendly warm and welcoming. Great place to have a wedding. Just to add, plenty of space to social distance. Would definitely recommend
Sam, Dave and the team where amazing every step of the way including all the stress of moving the wedding four times thanks to covid. The venue and views speak for themselves, the food was amazing including the homemade pizzas and they even made them to order for dietary requirements.
Me and my husband got married here last month and it was just the best day! The venue is beautiful and all the staff are so amazing and attentive to make sure your day goes smoothly. We had a lot of guests commenting how nice the food was and said it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Thank you everyone at Skylark for making our day so special!
Had our wedding at Skylark. Postponed for 2 years, moved from a Thursday to a Saturday and really had no idea what we were doing! But Sam, Dave, Joel and the rest of the staff were all amaaazing! Nothing was too much trouble, they were all super helpful when setting up the day before, they helped make everything look beautiful, the day went smoothly with no issues whatsoever, it was just perfect. Was so nice to have friendly faces checking in throughout the day too when I was having a quiet moment with my children and Joel was suuuuper helpful all day but especially when we were tired out parent life! and were trying to get the stragglers into taxis ha!! All in all it was just a perfect day, we loved the whole day, the venue is beautiful and we just can’t rate it enough! Thank you so much Sam, Dave, Joel and the rest of the team
