Sky Chinese Cuisine brings you all the flavours of Hong Kong to Chinatown in Newcastle; Dim sum, Hotpot, Banquets and a variety of traditional and delicious dishes in a tranquil and comfortable restaurant environment. Situated on the 3rd floor 20-28 Stowell Street, take the lift upstairs to the welcoming traditional décor, with a modern twist.

Dim Sum

Each individual dish is made to order by a carefully chosen elite team of Dim Sum chefs, the menu is full of familiar favourites as well as classic selections perfected over time by our experienced staff. We now serve Dim Sum all day, so you can now taste our menu throughout the day.

Hot Pot

By popular demand Hot Pot is now available all day at Sky, giving you the opportunity to sample set packages as well as individual ingredients. With an ever-evolving menu, Hot potting at Sky is always a unique experience with the fantastic range of choice guaranteeing your party a tasty meal.
