No customer service, my partner waited 30 minutesnot a problem but as soon as the chair became empty someone walked and sat down. My partner was ignored on arrival and then ignored when who just walked in sat in the chair, I understand this was probably booked but this should have been explained to the person/persons waiting. Some people have disabilities so customer service matters!

My son found these guys when we were going passed in sale when he was a lil over 3 yrs old. He dragged me in and sat down and waited for a seat he was non verbal autistic at the time I'd tried many barbers but my son has an awkward cows lick/ crown and each barber has given it a go in here and my son chose Damo and hasnt looked back....We're coming upto almost 10 years of coming here. In that time they moved buildings , changed staff and luckily damo hasnt ever shifted. The building change didn't deter my sonwho is now verbal, he now goes into the place on his own, damo knows what he wants, deals with him so well, the prices are reasonable even when raised. The team they have now are amazing together," Ten, Damo & Rhian " they've all talked to my son respectfully and havent patronised him and Damo is forever patient as my son isnt the best communicater. We prefer to Book because my son likes to have it done at the same time and same day each month and it guarantees a slot when the busiest times come too : I've always been able to book 3 months ahead so it's good for those that like routine and the booksy app has good reminders for if I forget : All in all it is a 5* place, warm inside, with nice Decor and friendly staff.
These guys are excellent at what they do. Used a few barbers for my kids hair with varying results. Find these guys to be really friendly & always get the cut right. On top of this really like their use of apps for bookings etc as this makes things really convenient.
Amazing place. Always get a great haircut here. The guys are really great... Super friendly and always up for a good chat - be it light and banter-filled or deep and meaningful. Their work within the community in Manchester is brilliant too so your cash is lining the pockets of decent people making this world a better place to live in.
Went in off the street to get a beard trim, absolutely fantastic job and great value. It's proper tucked away so I've walked past a few times but kept forgetting to try it out. Will definitely be going back and recommending.
My son love the haircut, it was neat and exactly what he wanted. The barber was so friendly, the shop is clean, prices were reasonable and the decorations are attractive Recommend it
Tried this the other day and was blown away by the quality and the guys working there. Best beard trim I’ve ever had. The fact that it isn’t just a money making machine but that it serves people without a home or coming out of prison is the icing on the cake. Gutted I’m moving away as this would have been my new local. The towel beard trim is awesome, worth the money.
Best barbers in South Manchester by a mile. Whatever your style they've got you covered. I've had high fades, hard partings & good old fashioned buzz cuts & I always leave happy with my cut. Furthermore the support for the local community is spot on. Keep up the good work gentlemen
Went there last week for a beard trim and couldn't believe the price was only £5! The shop has a nice ambiance and looks nice. More importantly, they do very noble work with haircuts for the homeless via their foundation - checkout Ged King's 2019 TedX Manchester talk for more info. I now have a new regular barber and this is the best endorsement I can make.
