Lovely place. Nice and quiet. 1or 2 hour's walks. Easy to follow routes.
A lovely walk around the base of the castle, along the river/canal. Many sculptures strewn around the woods. Easily done in an hour unless you stop to admire the views. Parking can be a challenge, especially on market day
Lovely visit to the castle, followed by a walk along castle walk, very wet and rain so didn't do all the walk but will go back to complete, worth a visit good footwear needed though.
It’s quite a short walk but it’s honestly beautiful with a cute little pond and an amazing waterfall! I loved it, and I am sure you will too!
Lovely little walk through the woods. While the path was largely good it was muddy in places. Several sets of steps. Narrow path in places. Limited access for buggies. Some benches and wicker sculptures. Water was fast flowing while we were there. Free to enter.
