Just wanted to leave a quick review to say how pleased I have been with the service I have received. I have now hired a skip a couple of times and on both occasions it was delivered and collected on the dates confirmed. I would not hesitate to recommend using ISL.

Getting the skip delivered is great. They are fast to take your money however arranging pickup is a bloody nightmare, waiting over 2 weeks for pickup, constantly being told someone will come pick the skip up today, barely able to get a word in on the phone, Ladies who answer the phones are absolutely rude, very unhelpful and just keep saying someone will collect today and cut off! Constantly put you on hold while talking and cut you off! Every time you phone seems as if you’re disturbing them. Very disappointing as have used them previously and forgot how bad the customer service is! We’ve had to constantly delay our landscapers which is costing us money due to the lack of organisation and professionalism by this company! Before trying to discredit the review like you have done to others previously the skip was ordered in a different name and delivered to Tyseley, More than happy to post screenshots of phone calls!

Wasn't ready for the skip to be collected but they just turned up and removed it without informing me.  *Have previously had several skips from this company and was told that the 7-10 days didn't apply and they would collect when requested. That has been the case with the other skips but obviously this rule is flexible to suit the company. Previous experience has been good, latest experience highlights an unpredictable company that turn up when they fancy without giving any indication.

Needed a skip quick as I was renovating a house in the Shirley area. Phoned late on a Friday after trying several different firms and had a skip delivered sat morning. Had the skip picked up and replaced with new the following week with no problem. Once work had finished I had it picked up quickly at short notice as letting agency wanted to take pictures. Not only was it a fast and efficient service but was very well priced which for me I liked the most! Will use again.
