Had a manicure here - the girl was going to college to train to be something else and only worked here until she could get something better - and if she hadn't told me I would still have known. I could tell she'd not had proper training and when she'd finished it was clear she'd not had any training. I wish I'd not bothered it was a complete waste of time & money - mine, not hers.

Went in for a fish pedicure that my husband and I booked a week earlier through the online booking system. When we arrived at the designated time, we were informed the reservation had not been made despite money being taken from a credit card and receiving a confirmation email.The owner eventually came out to talk to us and spent several minutes lecturing my husband and myself about how we did not properly use the online booking system Despite the salon's willingness to still do the pedicure,I and my husband continued to received terrible service.. The internet lecture was the only attention we received. There was no instruction about the fish pedicure and the fish in one tank had obviously been overfed as they just stayed at the bottom of the tank. The teenager left to tend to our needs suggested feet wiggling which did not work. Our attempts to obtain more information or salvage the experience in some way simply went ignored by the more senior member of the staff who was happy to still charge us 30 pounds despite our leaving after ten minutes when it was obvious one of us would just be soaking our feet in a bowl of water why the other got nibbled by the livelier fish.
