Love this little art shop. We always get our artwork framed here. Good selection of oil paints, affordable quality canvasses and a very sturdy easel. Staff very friendly and can order anything in that's not available in-store.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. On sale over the telephone promised free delivery and for the canvas to be completed in 2-3 weeks. 10 weeks later the work is still incomplete with no delivery. After having no courtesy call or able to contact Perfect Picture (Northampton), I had to go to the store where Michelle was willing to provide a full refund. However 10 weeks later this wasnt fair or good treatment. Maybe it was because of the colour of my skin, or that Neil had messed her around. Either way, false promises and dishonest sales and no delivery. Legal proceedings to follow as my canvas is in a warehouse located in Northampton somewhere with Perfect Picture. Now almost 3 months on I still do not have my item and no canvas frame. The real cause of this issue was due to Perfect Picture based in Northampton who messed the entire process up, was rude and agressive when he did not get his way. Throwing tantrums and hanging up phones is not really proffessional. Even when I agreed to his unreasonable compromise he did not return the call, text or answer. Good Luck.

such a good experience here recently; given really good, sensitive advice about choice of frame, and even extra work done to remove a mark on the poster being framed. Thank you thank you!

Come across as real experts, guiding me through a host of picture framing options, including about 10 types of glass! Finished item was ready in 2 weeks and was fantastic Anyway, wouldnt hesitate to recommend, for quality and customer service .. 10 out of 10

Excellent fine art picture framing. We travel from a long way the other side of Leighton Buzzard because the quality is so high. Recommended
