Having an absolute nightmare getting a repeat prescription for my wife. Phoned the Killay prescription line on Tuesday and had a somewhat abrupt conversation which ended with at least the knowledge that the prescription would be ready on Thursday. Okay, so far so good. So, went on Thursday to collect the prescription only to be told that we need a doctor consultation as there are no doctors available that afternoon. The receptionist duly booked a telephone consultation for that day and told the prescription would be from Sketty. Late afternoon, and the phone call came. All went well (after explaining it was for my wife and not me!), and it was agreed that the first prescription would be a paper one and the next ones would then be ordered on-line. Fine. So, today (Friday), we go to Sketty and...yep, no prescription. Rudely told to come back after 4pm or on Monday. So, my guess is that my wife will have to do without her medication until next week.

Very rude and uppity reception staff. Medical staff great.

was told by my doctor to ring for test results. After waiting on the line for 10 minutes, a rude abrupt worker answered and said she couldn’t see them on the screen and without giving time for me to reply hung up. not happy.

Very helpful staff. Dislike having to ring up on day for appointment. What do they expect working people to do, especially ones who work in school?
