Just bought a longboard cruiser for my 6 year old, and what a great experience. Louisa, guided me through the best options based on my requirements for the board as I know nothing about skateboards. Louisa was very personable and so accommodating to my lack of knowledge about skateboards. I wasn't pushed in to buying any thing I didn't need. Everything was effortless, hopefully my son will enjoy the board and if I need anything else or more help, these guys are my first choice. Thank you so much Louisa

I attended the new store prior to it's official opening after calling for some advice on the purchase of some skates. The gentleman on the phone explained the store wasn't officially open yet and described it as similar to argos click and collect but stressed, all the staff would be able to assist me and they did not disappoint.  I arrived and desperately needed to use the ladies, and I was allowed access to the facilities despite how busy the staff were and the fact that the building was still being renovated.  Having not purchased skates in decades, and requiring some guidance, all the staff assisted in helping me find exactly what I needed. However, Ellie I think her name was, went above and beyond to help me. She showed me all the skates available, explained the differences on each, and allowed me some time to try on the skates while she assisted other customers in a constantly busy, limited space shop front.  She was attentive, and apologised for the limited space but it just made my experience better. Despite the limited space, and how busy they were, Ellie and her colleague's were brilliant, and all a true credit to the store.  I left with everything I needed, including skates and the protective gear, for less than half the price of what I expected to pay for my skates alone!  Being reintroduced to the skating world, I will recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be returning once the store is officially open.  Thank you all again for all of your help.

Couldn't have been better.  Well, maybe a copy of Wipeout 2097 for the PS1 in the corner .  Everybody was really nice and gave great advice for kitting us out for roller boots.  Christmas sorted!  Thanks guys

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I purchased an item 3 weeks ago for my son's Xmas present, it has been 3 weeks and nothing has arrived despite calls and emails. Now I receive an email saying they have cancelled it and no money was taken, despite PayPal showing otherwise. NOT TO BE TRUSTED STAY AWAY

great place to buy sports things like scooters and skateboards. i brought a scooter a couple months back had to wait because of some issues but apart from that scooter is really good and its good quality and nicly built. deffinatly be coming back for more things in the future.

I bought a gravel bike from this shop in October, and the staff couldn't have been more supportive. They even refunded me for the bikes first service, because I live a long way from the shop they suggested I get it done by a more local bike shop. Thanks especially to Lee, Megan and Dave for helping with the cyclescheme questions - I can't recommend SkateHut enough.

Helpful staff, lots of top brands of bikes, scooters, skate, skateboards, outdoor sports, kids stuff and loads more. You can get what ever is on the warehouse there too! Thanks

Very pleased with my purchase and the service received from Skate hut, on my first ever order with them. I'm glad I made the choice to give them my custom, my order arrived when it was meant to, next day delivery with DPD was the cheapest I've experienced @ £3.99, my daughters scooter arrived in perfect working order and most importantly she was very happy with it. I would definitely do business with Skate hut again and I would certainly recommend them to others.
