Really pleased with my skin journey so far with Chloe. She’s so kind, compassionate and makes you feel so comfortable and listens to your concerns. Had my consultation and first appointment with her this week and can’t wait for my next session! 5 stars from me and a happy, returning customer.
I received micro needling treatment here from Chloe. She is very friendly and caring. I like her dedication towards providing excellent treatment. I got positive experience every time. All staff are so kind and helpful.
This was the second hydro facial I had at skin and there was a massive difference between the two sessions. On this one I had product tipped on my skin which went down my neck a lot and into my eyes despite being shut. Soon after I went to pay for the treatment and the price since booking it had increased which was not informed before having the treatment done. Trying to confirm my next appointment was also a stress as was told one minute it wasn’t on there and then when I questioned it, she refreshed and it miraculously appeared. Further confusion around 25 deposit was also an added stress .. which is unprofessional and not acceptable after what should have been an a1 treatment for 169 pound. … not happy at all
Amazing clinic, the staff is very friendly, courteous and considerate. I had skin treatment with Dr Noreen, she is excellent and has transformed my appearance. She is very diligent in her task and provides focussed care that has boosted confidence and esteem in myself. I am very happy to be her patient and will continue seeing her for ongoing care.
I had laser hair removal sessions at the Leamington Spa clinic and I was so impressed with it that I continued going there even once I had moved back to Sutton Coldfield. I always felt in such good hands and it's such a professional, friendly and welcoming clinic. Special thanks to Anna recently left, the other Anna and Maisie, who were all so friendly and good at their job. They are a credit to the clinic.
Absolutely shocking. Appointments opened up online so I booked a slot. Drove 40 mins to get here. No one would answer the door. I couldn’t call the helpline because the automated system would only tell me that I have an appointment. Another lady joined me who was able to get through to the helpline who told her they are closed and have left for the day!! Their sign on the door says they are open on Mondays which they are not and from 10pm-8pm on other days yes it says open from PM. First experience with this clinic is not a good one.
Getting laser hair removal at Sk:n is the best decision I’ve ever made! They are so kind and take such good care of me, and the results are absolutely amazing after only 2 sessions. I’m in shock with how well it is going! Best money I have ever spent on myself.
Brilliant service overall here; I’ve been receiving Lazor hair treatment with Anna and couldn’t recommend more. She’s polite, professional and ensures you’re completely happy with your treatment!
Both Jenny on reception and Chloe, who gave me my treatment , were fantastic . Their enthusiasm and willingness throughout made it an absolute pleasure to be there. I thoroughly recommend using the leamington facility . Go direct and avoid the central booking system if you can , the team are great .
