I had laser treatment on my cheeks and neck area which is quite sensitive area especially being male with coarse hair and It was Lucy from Leeds clinic, she did the treatment area. It was really fab experience and by far the best session iv ever had, she was friendly, hospitable and perfectionist, she did the treatment area with ease and minimum discomfort despite it being sensitive area. Lucy was brilliant and would definitely ask for my next session to be with her. Just wanted to personally thank Lucy for the session I had it was outstanding service she provided...
Been to the sk:n clinic for treatments before and always a good experience. Had two warts removed on earlobe and neck this time. Staff very kind and clinic is clean and efficient. Treatment was easy to arrange, from consultation to treatment. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend and would go again for treatments.
In April I had a consultation with a nurse who was absolutely lovely however, she said she has only been doing the job for 6 months. I expected someone who was highly qualified to be advising me on my skin treatment not someone who has just started learning about skin! She recommended a skin peel but due to knowing people in the industry, I knew that it is risky. I asked for the side effects and she stated the normal ones and said she she could do it for me. When I questioned her even more, I told her that I'm a skin type 4 and said I think it can damage my skin. She then researched and confirmed that it could cause hyperpigmentation. The nurse then found out that she won't be able to do it due to the risk and a doctor would have to do it. If I was a customer who didn't know anything about it, I would have booked in with her straight away thinking that there were no risks! You SHOULD not be putting a person into consultation appointments after 6 months!!!! The nurse was lovely, it was not her fault. The management team are to blame. I am still owed my £50 deposit. I expected a professional clinic not a back street market shop.
Is this a joke? You’ve forgotten to turn off your feedback questionnaire, even though you’re suggesting that you have now stopped trading without giving any notice to your patients. As an NHS professional, this is deeply concerning. I think I may need to contact the ombudsman to seek further advice.
Been going there over the past year for facial hair removal and from start to finish I’ve been made to feel comfortable and taken care of everytime. The treatment worked a wonder and I feel so much more confident now and there was no issues with any side effects or the appointments as the staff were very friendly and careful to ease any anxiety or worries I had. I would very much recommend this place!
Company has gone into liquidation, which is unfortunate, however not communicating with your customers who had appointments and made their way to the clinic to be faced with closure, shocking was an understatement! Sat here with zero communication Not acceptable!! Taking on new patients when knowing you are due to be liquidated, is completely unacceptable! These situations don’t arise unexpectedly, the company would have been aware for months!
I've started my laser hair removal journey with Amy at the Sk:n Clinic in Leeds. It's a lovely airy reception space. Amy put me at ease immediately, and my first full session went really well.
I have just started my hair removal treatment with Lucy and so far it has been really good. I had to reschedule my appointment due to work and they did accommodate it to my needs and also, Lucy gave good advice on when to do my next session as I would be exposed to the sun…I would give them a 5 stars on customer service and Lucy!!!
I’ve had appointments at other clinics, but this is one definitely my favourite! The staff are lovely and friendly. I had my appointments with Parveen, she is so knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly, feels like your having an appointment with an old friend. Would highly recommend.
Just spent a lot of money for treatments leading up to my wedding and received an email to say they’ve ceased trading and can no longer honour my bookings. I was only just in Saturday and nearly spent hundreds more!
