Absolutely appalling.  We ordered at 5.15 on a Saturday night and said it would be delivered in 45-60 minutes. When it got to 6.25 and nothing arrived we called, got a very rude woman on the phone, to be told it would be next one to leave the shop as they had been very busy due to football just being out aberdeen were playing in Dundee at 1245. So we said thank you and waited again. At 7.00 there was still no food so again phoned and they told us it was out for delivery and the driver should be walking to our door any minute. So we said ok but we were told it would be leaving half an hour ago. 10 minutes later no food so we called to cancel our order. Told they were sorry but they had been busy and the boss would be in in Sunday if I wanted to talk to him. My partner and I left to get some other food and at 7.15 2 hours after ordering my mum answered the door to the delivery man who said he had left the shop 15 minutes ago to deliver it. Either our food had been sitting out for an hour a food hygiene issue or we had been lied to about when our food was to be delivered. Will not be returning here again and will be warning other not to go here also.

I like the food. For me, absolutely nothing wrong with it. What annoys me is the delivery. It has taken over an 1.5 hours on a couple of occasions. Last time, apparently the driver was on his way back from a delivery in Banchory, according to the Just Eat page they don't deliver to Banchory. Who knows. All I know is that order was cancelled. It would've been courteous to phone us close to the delivery time to update us. Instead they didn't and I had to wait a further half hour in anticipation before I got too pissed off and just cancelled it. If I go there again it will only be a collection. DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY!!!!!!

Never had a correct order delivered from this place in my life. The food is amazing, just a pity about the appualling staff, who are rude & never get anything right. Delivery service is terrible also, if they do actually manage to get your order correct, the driver will show up 2hrs late having given your correct order to someone else!  Absolute shambles.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE  Just don't do it!  Disappointed is an understatement.  As I had a hankering for a nice cheeseburger and some onion rings due to excessive libations the night before, I thought why not take a chance. Support a local business as opposed to the corporate monsters that are in every town due to their popularity. However I quickly came to realise why Sizzlers is not going to put McDonalds or Burger King out of business anytime soon.  Our order was placed at 16:00. The food itself was not delivered untill 18:30. By which point I had started eyeing up a jar of questionable marmalade in the fridge.  No apology was given by the driver for lateness.  I then opened the package, awaiting the delights contained within.  To which I was met with complete woe, I do believe at this point I shed a small tear, as I noticed that my onion rings were burnt, and my cheeseburger one slice of square american cheese, was cold.  It was disgraceful. Delivery food has to be served at specific temperature for human consumption. This was not.  Never again shall I order from this restaurant.

Waste of £14.  Delivery arrived quickly which was good but the food was just simply nothing other than awful.  Full Breakfast - Two pieces of chewy cheap bacon, undercooked chips, little tub of cold beans... Just inedible.  Pancakes - Cheap Asda standard pancakes with the same bacon as mentioned above that was meant to be crispy... The maple syrup that was meant to be on them was instead two small plastic tubs with golden thick syrup that was just inedible again.  Coffee - Got a cup with coffee grains thrown in with two sugars and small milk cups simply thrown into the bottom.  Simply the worst takeaway order I have ever had lol. I used to love this place years ago but clearly shocking now.

No just no!!!!!! Only eat here if you really have no other choices..........You will be lucky to get away from this food. Everything that symbolizes bad U.K. gastronomy.  If you do not get a bug you will be really lucky, i hope to god the food in prison is nothing like this......because come on that would be cruel and unusual punishment.

First time trying sizzlers, loved it!!!  Everything was delivered when it was supposed to be and was all hot and really fresh. Will be recommending to my friends and will definitely be ordering again. Keep up the good work!!

avoid, at all costs. hit or miss if the food is decent, staff attitude and customer service skills shocking. Was a decent place for food 15 years ago, but year on year it gets worse and worse. Get a burger king and save yourself a long wait and cold food.

Got takeaway from there last night - my flatmate threw away his burger and said it didn't taste right, however I finished mine deeply regretting I did. Afterwards, I spent half the night in the bathroom spewing my guts out... Thanks Sizzlers

Friendly staff, yes some times is it busy and need to whate long time, but the some times people order the food pick time and 7-8 miles from the shop, how do you think I many time need four delivery. ;
