These guys are great. I have rented long term for a buisness project over here in Belfast. They promptly picked me up. They have had the car running, warmed up and ready to go late on snowy evenings. Great customer service. They remember your name and can’t do enough to help make the experience quick and simple. Very professional outfit. Recommended!

Excellent customer service (especially Billy and David) and great experience with the car. We travelled up the coast to explore the beautiful Giants Causeway area. Having a car to travel at our own pace really enhanced the trip. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service! Have rented with Sixt several times and have always been created with a a friendly face and efficient service - which is just what I need renting a car for business use when in Belfast! They were even able to offer me a delivery of a car to my location when I got held up in another meeting! All staff I have encountered have been fantastic! Special shout out to Chris and David who have always had a car ready and waiting for me knowing I’m in a rush!

The booking was really easy and we even were able to change the pick up times one day before the pick up date without any problems! We got a brand new car and had no issues at all. The staff was really helpful and very nice! Would definitely recommend :)

Simply outstanding customer service yet again from this branch. I've hired globally and have extensive experience from various companies. I only use Sixt now due to the transparency of the contract and importantly their customer service. Hired a car recently here with a chap called Johnny and his service was superb!! Easy to engage with and a manner about him. Also very professional as I could tell be was one of the more experienced members here at using the system. Strong believer in taking time to let others know when things are good instead of negative, which is usually when you hear about anything. Thanks Johnny and Sixt. See you soon.
