I am truly grateful I found Ged as my snagging inspector to my new build property in West Midlands 3 months ago. Thanks Ged for providing excellent and  professional ste snagging inspections service to my new build apartment in London recently. My letting agent introduced Ged to me.  Throughout the process, Ged is very friendly and quick responsive.  We have a very good communication.  As a non resident owner, I totally rely on him.   I am impressed he has well communicated with the site office manager to gain access for inspection.  Just a day following his inspection, he sent me a detailed report with pictures spotting the common concerns and notable snags.   And, he has already forwarded the report to the site manager and mentioned to him the snags.  Highly appreciated and recommended!

Found Site Snagging Inspections online, called Ged who was very helpful explaining the process.  Ged carried out a thorough check on the new build picking up items which we hadn't noticed until he pointed them out.  Report was concise and easy to read which we passed onto the builders along with our additional items.  Glad to say that all the key items and some others have been fixed!  Highly recommend

Absolutely worth every penny! Ged has so much experience and truly showed with the amount of snags he discovered in our new build. Very patient and fair, he was in for over six hours working thoroughly through the house and not leaving a stone unturned. The report is well written and very detailed with photos and descriptions for every finding and arrived the day after his visit despite him finishing around 7pm! Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs quality check on a house.

I am very happy with the service received. Ged is responsive and very helpful. I have done a bit of researches to see who should I going with for my new build first time buyer property and I found this is the best one. First I thought, as it's a new build I do not need any survey, but after some researching, it suggests I should and I don't think that they will find much. However, the report comes back very inclusive and thoroughly through all fault details within the flat that I have never thought of. The team identifies few issues that I have never thought of during the property viewing. Also the price is very competitive and the service was excellent. Ged is clearly passionate about the build quality of new-build homes. He spent time making sure he thoroughly surveyed our 2-bedroom apartment. His knowledge of NHBC guidelines ensured that we had a professional, clear document of snagging items ready to give to the builders. Thanks to his report the builders have already started to rectify the snags within 2 weeks of moving in.

Having purchased a new home I did not consider it required a survey I thought it would be perfect.  How wrong I was.  After 18 months many problems still existed and I decided to engage a Snagging Inspector I was amazed at how thorough Ged was in his inspection.
