So pleased I used Site Snagging - Robin did an amazing job of inspecting the house and producing a fantastically detailed report the next day.  So many of the snags were things that I would not have picked-up myself, particularly the external parts of the property walls, piping, sealant etc.  Money very well spent, thanks Robin!
