This is a Company you should not do business with. Never insure with them unless:
1- You keep receipts for all your purchases for ever and can prove payment and ownership - how rediculous is this? If you own something, they pack it, they ship it and when it doesn't arrive or is damaged, how does one prove its their fault? The burden of prove is on your side- always.
2- you have IKEA furniture, anything more expensive than £100 must have either a valuation pre-shipment or a receipt
3- you are prepared to be out significantly less than what you paid for the item
4- you take pictures of each item before packing.
5- photograph and make your own list in DETAIL of the content of each box and get someone from Sirva to sign each sheet.
6- install surveilance cameras to prove you have or had ownership of items which, if lost or stolen ( in our case £23,000 worth of Carrs Sterling Silver cutlery)

I suspect their corporate motto is "we hassle and don't pay".
i am not surprised they have only 1 happy customer.
