My sister got our bridesmaid dresses from this shop. I would not recommend it. The dresses were very overpriced. Even though we got measured they still did not fit very well. Very fitted dresses and the colour ran off them on the day. The service in the shop was not excellent. The staff were not very friendly

Poor customer service! The dress was not made very well at all and I had to pay quite a lot to have it altered so it would fit better. The shop assistant was texting during the fitting, did not acknowledge that the dress was poorly made, although it was quite obvious. I was told to pay extra for the dress to be altered which is fine but when I came back for the second fitting, the price was different and much more??! It would have been nice to be told the exact price at first. I am genuinely gutted that I bought my dress in that shop as it is supposed to be a special moment. I have spoken to other people who also had a bad experience, not a surprise at all!!
