Considering the proximity, this is the nearest place for getting my eyebrows done. The staff is biased towards customers and usually very unwelcoming. The lady who did my eyebrows today was wonderful and cheerful to the previous customer and so blunt to me. Did not like it for sure.

The wax itself wasn’t too bad but my god this place doesn’t know ‘customer service’ if it smacked them in the face! They seem to have a new receptionist who was SO rude today. Head in her hands, no smiley face or hello when walking in. Couldn’t be any less helpful if she tried it. No apology as they couldn’t provide a service I was requesting. Doubt she’ll last 2 seconds there if she carries on the way she was today! All the staff need a dose of happiness, warmth and gratitude towards their customers. It seemed my business was an inconvenience for them! I’ll take it elsewhere if I’m made to feel like this again.

Love getting my gel nails done by Tina, she always does an amazing job with a smile!  They last for ages, and look really natural - just the way I like them.  I won't go anywhere else! The salon also does a great job with my eyebrow threading.  5* all round!

I have been coming here for hot wax for over a year and a half and I love it. Kelly does my waxing usually and she is quick and pays attention to detail. I use Treatwell to book my hot wax for under arms and Hollywood together and it’s not that expensive. The place is very clean and looks lovely.Service:&nbsp;Waxing

Used this place for the first time last week to get my eyebrows threaded. Staff were friendly but really rushed the job so didn’t do a thorough job - they missed quite a few hairs around my eyebrows. Don’t think I’ll be going back there again.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading
