VW Neyland alerted me to a serious issue with a car I bought from another dealer. They were then extremely helpful during the work required to put it right as well as enabling an independent assessor to carry out an inspection of the car in general. I have since sold that car back to the other dealer and am in the process of buying another from VW Neyland. VW Neyland staff have been trustworthy and reliable, especially Neil Jones and Jozef Lakatos.

Bought a brand new 17 plate Volkswagen Polo from here as a First Car for myself. Customer Service is excellent, And they're willing to take risks - I am 18 with NO CREDIT SCORING and they were willing to help me out in some way with the Finance (PCP). So, in 3 years time, being on the all new Polo GTI! Would like to thank Abi & Dan in perticular but also all the sales team at Volkswagen Neyland for their help and support. Would highly recommend them to ANYONE who wants a high quality car and a high quality of Customer Service. Ignore all the other "bad reviews" And "bad stars". First time I went there I just passed my test and was 17 years of age, I went straight to look at a VW Polo that caught my eye outside the garage and Abi approached me with the keys to the car and I took it out for a test drive - ALONE. From then, I knew I would be happy to become their customer and always remain their customer. Brilliant First Car - would highly recommend to EVERYONE that is 18+ to buy your car from here. Trust me, you are guaranteed a good deal!
