Bought a used E Class Estate from these. Wasn’t the best experience, as soon as we left the TPS light came on, went back for it to be sorted and it turned out that when we tried to open the passenger window and adjust the passenger mirror, there was no power to any of it, nothing in the door worked. The window occasionally randomly opened itself whilst you were driving and wouldn’t close. Obviously hadn’t been inspected that well. I live 200 miles away from the dealer so once it was paid for and driven away, their level of interest depleted rapidly! When we collected it, the chap didn’t try to make a conversation at all, couldn’t have been less interested. When these issues came to light, I Spoke to local Mercedes dealerships to get the work done and got fobbed off time and time again presumably because I didn’t buy it at any of their dealerships but they didn’t have an estates at the time! eventually found out an old school friend worked at Mercedes Benz Harrogate and she got it all sorted for me. I only bought this car as I was so impressed with my E Class saloon that when my partners car was due to be replaced, it made sense to get an E Class Estate. The dealer network definitely let the brand down on this one and the supplying dealer just lost interest the second we drove away. Mercedes Benz of Oxford were exceptionally good when I bought my Third Mercedes!

I had a very pleasant experience when buying my car. Great customer service, clear information, no fuss, decent money for the part exchange. Closed the deal in a few minutes. Very happy with the new car. Highly recommended.

I rang last Friday interested in Test driving a Mercedes Benz GLC at the Neyland Branch. We travelled from Llanelli which is over 50miles one way. My wife and walked into the alternative door in VW showroom, as it said not to enter on MB door. I asked a member of staff if we could walk through to the Mercedes showroom, which we did. NOT ONE member of staff, came to speak to us. We were totally disgusted, we walked around the used section, nobody approached us. I can guarantee we will NOT be purchasing our Mercedes Benz from the Sinclair Mercedes Benz group.

Fantastic Service from start to finish.  Car was damaged by another vehicle outside my workplace the day before my service was due to be carried out.  As this was before the bank holiday weekend I was stuck for a vehicle as I had a family event so needed a car desperately.  A car was provided which saved the day and it was immaculately clean and well presented and turned a lot of heads.  Big thanks to Ceri who was fantastic and kept me up to date with progress of the work.  Great service from Mercedes Neyland and Ceri.  Thank you!  Dean @ Stove Spares Ltd

Phoned for a price on a Gearbox service for my Mercedes with the aim of booking the car in.  Was told would recieve a phonecall back. 24 hours pass, no phone call.  Ring again following day, same script, still no call.  I think Ive called probably around 10 times now and it's been well over a Week.  Nothing.  Makes you wonder.

After sales service, very disappointing. We have a service agreement and are expected by the Neyland management to make our own arrangements for delivering and collecting our car. it is 5 miles from our home to the garage and another 5 miles back. Rather a long walk for someone over 75 years of age - but that is what I am told I have to do! They should be ashamed of themselves.

the service we received was excellent have 2 recalls the car 1 for airbags which did not go well, however second recall for computer update the probs from first visit  were sorted, there for i rated there customer service 5 star again many thanks Graham Eddings

I purchased a car from yourselves 4 weeks ago. Customer service during the sale was brilliant.  Following the sale I have had an issue which I cannot seem to get resolved! I have telephoned on numerous occasions and been told someone would ring me back. Still no call back! Very disappointing after care service
