Waited too long to post this but Sims has gained a new returning customer. Went in knowing exactly what car I wanted, wasn’t messed around with price and was given an offer better than expected from a dealership. Special mention to Vincent, great asset to the sales team, very friendly and accommodating. Thank you again Sims!
There is always a reason why a customer keeps returning to a garage... I have quite a few reasons to be quite honest. The dealership is always neat and tidy, the staff are knowledgeable, the staff go out of their way to assist in anyway that they can, there is always a wide variety of cars to choose from, both used and new. I can't say enough on how much I trust them. They are the best and I can recommend them 100%!
I've placed an order Wednesday there has been no communication I've emailed I've WhatsApp and in my last email I did say if no parts or no communication by Monday just refund me the money and guess what they just refund it no parts nothing terrible experience I just call and they told me to calm down and that someone will call back I was never rude I didn't raise my voice awful experience if you ordered from someone else please don't bother with this company

Absolutely fantastic garage. Travelled up from Staffs to look at another car, it wasn't what we wanted size not a fault with the car!. Instead we looked at what has become my trusty car. Two painless test drives, no time pressure, no pressure from staff for the sale. Just genuine, friendly people who couldn't do enough for you, even down to offering to refill my coffee cup as i had a long drive home. The finance process has been painless & no faults with the car. I bought my previous car brand new Suzuki Alto almost 10 years ago from Sims Suzuki, Darlington. After happily using it and driven it thousands of miles, the equivalent of driving 5 times around the earth at the equator, finally came the time to part exchange it for another one newer and more modern. Because of my 10 years experience in dealing with all those amazing and wonderful people at Sims Suzuki, where they took great care of my previous car, outstanding service and support servicing it, mot, etc, I decided without second thoughts to part exchange my Alto car with a newer one at Sims Suzuki again. I contacted the people I was dealing with previously at the service dept and they asked Vincent at the Sales dept to get in touch with me to arrange viewing of the cars I was interested in. In no time at all, I found the one I wanted with the help of Vincent, a beautiful pre-owned Renault Captur with low mileage and at an excellent price, with a full year’s mot and service and a year’s warranty and HPI checked. From my past and also from my present experience in dealing with Sims Suzuki, I would recommend this amazing friendly and family run dealership to my friends, family and everyone else who is thinking of buying a nice car in the future. Thank You to the whole team at Sims Suzuki, in particular to Vincent at the sales dept who was brilliant in every respect during the purchase of my car, also to Ben in giving me a good valuation for my old car, also to Steve and Chris at the Service Dept and Stuart and Kate at the Parts Dept and also to all the other behind the scenes hard working Mechanics & Engineers for servicing & keeping my previous Suzuki Alto in a very good and mint condition.
