I had previously bought a semi-stiched lengha which I was hoping to wear for one of my wedding functions. I wasn't sure if there was sufficient material for it to be made into a full dress but Nikki knew exactly what to do! My Singh loves it just as much as I do and we couldn't be happier!!
A very nice experience at D'jan today. I wanted to surprise my wife with an outfit to wear for a family event coming soon. The owner was very helpful and polite. She showed me many dress types and styles in order for me to choose the right one. I was able to select a dress with ease and comfort. I would highly recommend D'jan By Simran. Just bought an outfit for my nephew's birthday. I was so impressed with choice and colour. Most of all; the shopkeepers were pleasant; helpful and very attentive. They altered my outfit there and then. I will definitely return here for my next outfit.
So although they stich well. There are major issues. They take measurements and the clothes are made very small or extremely big. They don't seem to follow instructions very well. They are also very pricey. Yes when they do get it right it's good but when most of the outfits come back not right it's very questionable Espcially when they measure you up. Yes they will adjust while you are there but this is time consuming they should have the basic fit right first time. They either take on too much and when they take down details don't take the full details so things can go very wrong and also not made on time especially when they give you a date of collection. The only lady in here is very no e though.
D” Jan by Simran very poor service Does not do the job properly stitching Suits is unbelievable? they don’t know how to talk to a customer they don’t know what customer service is very very poor service all the Suits restitch it was all wrong? stitching was terrible she doesn’t know how to speak to a customer properly she is very very rude. She doesn’t know how to speak to a customer and she is very rude it’s unbelievable so please guys do not get your suit Stitched by them anything stitched from that woman is wrong she argues with your back and very rude indeed never give you a chance to Speak back very bad mannered ?......
Sewing is unskilled and very disappointing, very rude and no customer skills. Total waste of time even a small child would do better than that. I would not rate them 1 star but that is lowest choice . I advised no one to go there. Completely disappointed with the clothes sewn, I would not go back even if they did it free. Clothes not made on time, and have go back forwards for simple salwaar keemez to readjusted. the cutting not good and the sewing rubbish. Disappointed customer regretted going back thinking they would improve.

I visited this shop recently and the stock was mostly the same as it was in July 2019. The other thing which was the same as last time was the poor customer service skills and bad attitude of the owner. In today's competitive market one would think that she would try to at least be nice to customers not drive them away empty handed. No wonder the shop is always empty when I pass by. The rest of the staff are lovely
