Overall a wonderful experience with Simpson Florists. Customer service was beyond compare, I am from the US but was able to easily purchase flowers via the website and communicated effortlessly with one of the florist to make special requests. The bouquet was beautiful, my girlfriend loved the flowers. I plan to use Simpsons in the future...

Great service, Gale, Pam, Margaret are all amazing in accommodating any weird request... They are always friendly and nothing seems too much trouble for them. The creativity in creating something special for you is amazing!!! Well done to all of the team, keep it up ladies!!!!

It's taken me a little while to get round to doing a review, but I just wanted to say, 'thank you' for the friendly, helpful and reliable service I received when I needed flowers for a family funeral in November. Would highly recommend.

5 stars for Gail & June! I ordered a basket of flowers for a friend who suddenly lost her son. Both ladies went out of their way to suggest flowers for the arrangement and include the stocks and freesias I asked for. They sent me a photo so I can show my friends who contributed to the basket. A sight delay with couriers due to a bank holiday was dealt with swiftly and efficiently and more flowers added to my order as an apology. Thank you so much.

Thank you all at Simpsons florist for the beautiful flowers that you created for my wife's funeral, your understanding and attention to detail made the whole experience a little easier.
