I cannot recommend Dr Saeed enough! Such a caring man, he explains everything you need to know, and answers any question you may have. I’m a very nervous patient but he reassures me and takes his time. I’ve been today to have a tooth removed and it was all done and dusted with in minutes… amazing!! I also need to give a mention to his nurse Holly, who was such a lovely girl, and a credit to him!
Attended Simply One Droylsden this week and what an amazing service. From our initial contact with Helen and Emma on reception, to seeing Ayan, Georgia, Shuaib and Lois for treatment, the service was excellent. From start to finish all the staff were very professional and welcoming. Keep up the great work, Simply One are lucky to have such dedicated staff who are very customer focused. Brilliant service !!!
I had a tooth extracted 2 months ago at SimplyOne Dental and I can only thank them all so much!nnI met the lovely reception staff at first, from then a junior dentist and from there a sedation team who took my tooth out as an emergency.nnFrom the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable and everybody from the most junior member of staff to the lovely lady who booked me in and then to the owner who was like a normal guy who respected all of his staff I’ve never seen anything like that.nnI would just like to thank you again for your fantastic treatment and customer service. I have recommended your practice to many people since.nnI cannot speak highly enough about the practice and look forward to continuing my dental journey with them.
Just had my dental checkup with Saeed, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The whole team was so friendly and welcoming — they make you feel comfortable right away. Saeed took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave me some helpful tips for keeping my teeth healthy. Lois, his assistant was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. A big shout out to Emma for getting me booked in super quick and for helping me with the medical questionnaire. Highly recommend Saeed and his team to anyone looking for great care and a positive experience.
Both me & my daughters had an appointment with Zakkar yesterday, he was assisted by Georgia & Monique. I am nervous of the dentist but as soon as we walked in the room, we were made to feel welcomed and comfortable. It was such a friendly appointment. The girls were so lovely and the dentist himself was thorough and knowledgeable. We had a really nice appointment and I totally forgot about my nervousness.
