We have recently used Simply Conveyancing to sell and purchase a new home and we are so glad we choose them. Our lawyer Kerry and her assistant Sophie were honestly amazing throughout the entire process and we cannot fault them. They worked extremely hard on both sale and purchase, always keeping us in the loop with regular updates and answered every single question in a way that we could understand. We cannot recommend them both enough and want to thank them for making the process run so smoothly. We are first time buyers and haven’t had any experience with solicitors and I can only say that we seem to have had the best there is. From start to finish both Kerry and Sophie have been amazing, they answered any of my little questions and couldn’t have done more to be helpful. We are now very proud owners of our first home and we wouldn’t have got to this point without them. We used Simply Conveyancing for purchasing a house in Sheffield. My mum had used them previously and recommended them and they gave us a discount due to this. Our solicitor Samantha was brilliant and dealt with the sellers solicitors who were very slow and difficult professionally. The app is great to track how its gojng and we got lots of interaction and updates. Will definitely use again.
Cannot recommend Victoria at Simply Conveyancing highly enough. We had fantastic continual communication from her and if we needed to query anything we knew there would be a response either instantly or within a couple of hours. My experience of Simply Conveyancing was a very good one. Good communication is very important to me especially if I need to ask something or have something explained clearer. It was always reiterated back to me, by phone or email for a clear understanding. They deliver a high standard of work And I, have the down sized property I want.
Recently completed on my house with the help of James my assigned solicitor. James effectively communicated, was responsive to all my queries timely and kept me informed of what was happening especially the delays we encountered on the seller’s solicitor’s side. I was particularly impressed with how fast James managed the searches and tasks on his side as my solicitor and how diligent he was in ensuring all appropriate responses from the seller’s solicitor were supplied. I’m pleased with SCPL service provision, I would use the service again and do highly recommend them. Well done James!
This is an honest review from a very happy buyer and seller! We used Simply Conveyancing after a recommendation through our estate agents and also my parents used them for their move last year. We had Lynsey Markham as our Lawyer who was just incredible but also Kerry deserves a massive shout out too as she acted for our buyers in our last few weeks after loosing our first buyers in a complicated chain. Lynsey is exceptionally good at her job and I can't thank her enough. She secured our dream home for us and kept me calm throughout the whole process. Brilliant communication throughout a very stressful 9 months for me and was always on phone or email to answer any questions. I hope never to move again but can highly recommend Simply and you are very lucky to have Lynsey acting for you if you do !
