I Was given a gift voucher for a special birthday, and realised it was 9 days past it's validity date which was my fault, but I hadn't been able to contemplate using it prior due to pregnancy complications which was explained to the lady I spoke to. However I was told by a stern lady that it was not their problem and they would not honour it due to tax reasons (we were still in the same month it was due so a null point I feel).  Her attitude and surliness has ensured I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I have had a hot stone massage gift voucher for my birthday and came out the most relaxed I have been in years. 
I have had pedicures and waxing done for years and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The service is very good and the atmosphere is very relaxing. 
Very clean premises too.

Recently had an OPI manicure - it looked great and lasted nearly a whole week which was excellent. Everyone is always really friendly and welcoming. I can recommend the workshops as well.

I bought my daughter a gift voucher for Christmas over the phone, the staff were helpful and accommodating.  My daughter has since been in to use the voucher, loved her treatment, the staff and the salon. Thank you Simply Beauty
