Very good place for bathroom supplies and installations. Knowledgeable assistants to help with choices. Very experienced installers/plumbers/electricians used. Free estimates and clear invoices with full breakdown of prices.

Excellent work done by all workers very good at their job very helpful in all that we wanted.from the show rooms to Andy the fitter ,Marcel who fitted the tiles ,electricians and Ken who over seen it all Can't praise the whole team enough thank you.

Went to Simply Bathrooms on advice of our builder for new build bungalow, Shane helped us plan all for Bathroom / En-Suite & Cloakroom, nothing too much trouble as we changed the layout a couple of times. Shane provided us with both 3D plans and prompt quotations, nothing was too much trouble. We would fully recommend Simply Bathrooms as 1st port of call, friendly assistance from Shane and competitive prices too.

Excellent service from design to installation. Arrived when they said they would. Installation was excellent.  Can't praise them enough.

Extremely disappointed and let down , ordered and paid in full for new bathroom suite over 5 weeks ago . We’re told it was all in stock but there might be a slight delay on the Bath. Our builder then collected the suite and surprisingly the bath did arrive just a few days late however there was no toilet pan or shower screen. This resulted in us having to rebook the plumber and left our main bathroom out of commission. We have been patient but this has finally run out as we are still waiting for the screen and have been told the toilet pan could be another month ! The store has even said they may be able to supply the missing items by taking it from another order which leads me to believe this is what has happened to our original items. So disgusted at this sort of customer service and will certainly not use them again or recommend them. Would be interested to hear what the management has to say as an explanation
