I bought a tin of paint with my daughter this morning - I put it in a recycle bag and walked down to the car at Tesco. In that short period of time the lid had come off and I had an entire bag full of paint! It was on my clothes, bag, shoes, my daughters clothes ... our hands. Everywhere! The lid cant have been on properly, as normally you would have to open it with a screwdriver! When I looked on the inside of the paint lid it had dry paint on the inside top of the tin - like it had been loose for a while. I drove straight back and showed my hands and photos of all the paint. The man was very rude and said it was my fault and my responsibility. How are we meant to 'Shop Local' when this is the response you get! B&Q replace tins - even if it is your fault and you dropped it in the car park. For the sake of one tin of paint they have lost my custom. We are about to paint a new house top to bottom, so you have missed out on that money. I am very disappointed and angry.
Brilliant paint shop, great selection. They also did a great job installing replacement double glazed panes for our timber framed windows. Quick and reliable.
Over priced paint and very rude. Don’t seem to have grasped customer satisfaction. Will be shopping else where in the future
Very disappointed had a mirror cut to size a template was provided, the price was confirmed but this changed on collection 5£ more I not concerned about the money more the principle /business ethics I would have refused to take it but I needed it to urgently complete a job stick to the prices you quoted don’t rip people of
