Good all round plumber, very reliable.

Called him about replacing a radiator valve (trv) came around that day to take a look at the standard radiator and valve and said he’d call me the next day with a quote.... Still waiting for the quote. Unknown to me until after calling him, my mother in law had also called him for a quote for some larger work in their house... He didn’t get back to them too. Additionally I’ve heard he’s done this to other customers too. I’m not sure how he’s still operating a business if he’s not actually getting back to people. I’d imagine most people would explain their problem over the phone, if it sounds like something you’re not interested in undertaking stop wasting people’s time by going to their homes.
