I recently participated in a study at Simbec Clinical Trial Centre and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly caring, helpful, and professional, making me feel well-supported throughout the entire process. While the food wasn't fine dining, it offered good, home-style cooking that was satisfying and comforting. The facility was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend Simbec for their outstanding service and attention to detail.
I recently did a trial there. The staff were all very friendly. It was totally fine and got paid the study payment about 1 week after my follow up appointment.
Been coming here since 2017.nStaff are always friendly and professional and you are well looked after.nCan't see why there are any negative reviews.nI'll continue my regular studies for as long as I can.
The staff are very friendly and my partner says its the best place to do clinical studies however they take their sweet time paying you!! The website states that usually '2 days' after your follow up visit you are paid but I've never seen that to be the case. My partner has this time been anxiously waiting nearly 5 weeks and still no word from them. Be weary not to expect payment sooner. 3-7weeks is a safer bet.
Was treated like a piece of meat today!nMy appointment was at 1pmnI was seen at 3pm, I was told not to eat after 9:30am it's now 6pm and I've just left.nThe nurse that did my tests was extremely rude, saying there weren't any spaces for me today but they squeezed me in when they shouldn't! The ecg was apauling, the two nurses were bitching about the doctor saying if she doesn't like this ecg she wasn't going to do it again for her and just did multiple copies of the same ecg. She was extremely grumpy and that was not what I need after waiting 1.5 hours in reception and 4.5 hours in total.nnThe female doctor was incredibly lovely and apologetic offering me her own food as I hadn't eaten all day. Five minutes after I'm out the door I get a voicemail saying I'm not eligible with no explanation or invitation to call and ask why!nnReally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
