Disgraceful service my mum had, they have caused so much stress for her....a coat that was damaged and although was told to collect she went to collect only to be told it wasn't ready another coat that needed to be repaired came back smelling stale, and trousers needed turning up well don't bother because they didn't touch them came back the same way they went in......will never recommend to anyone if you want uncleaned damaged goods......compensation and refund was paid but that doesn't make up for the stress and damage to a very expensive coat.
