Fantastic service! Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had regarding Dylans stay and after speaking to them, I straight away felt 100% confident leaving my kitty with the lovely ladies at silver hill whilst we went away for a few days, and was actually able to enjoy our time away knowing our fur child was in safe hands! : Dylan came back relaxed, content and with a super soft and shiny coat so the daily groom obviously did wonders, and I really got the impression he had been well looked after while we were gone. Will definitely be bringing him back next time we go away and would recommend to anyone! Thank you ladies for your amazing time and care, it was thoroughly appreciated! x
Very convenient working hours and fantastic spaces for cats. Staff are very considerate, patient and kind to all the cats. They were able to look after my cat who needed cage rest for a broken leg without any difficulty.
Really lovely place to leave your cat. Well looked after. Staff are very friendly and ask a lot of questions before they take care of your pet to ensure they know all about them.
I highly recommend silverhill cattery. Sam and her team really care about the cats and my cats Reggie and Molly seemed to settle in very quickly putting my mind at ease about leaving them. Sam posting pictures of them on facebook was a huge added bonus as I could see they were happy and well cared for. They have now stayed at silverhill on various occasions and i am always very impressed with the cleanliness of the cattery and the helpfulness of the staff.
This is the best cattery in town, we always know that our Gimli is in safe hands with these people, they are quick with responding on any queries and they really take well care of your precious pets. Would highly recommend to anyone!
