Had takeaway for new years eve. Beef curry with chips. Chips lovely, curry was OK but not very strong curry flavour. Hubby had roast duck with orange sauce and egg fried rice. Delicious. Roast duck gorgeous. Will deffo return Parking: Easy parking outside
AVOID - this place was TERRIBLE!! The best thing about the food was the boiled rice! The chicken in pineapple was bland and tasteless. The sweet and sour chicken was either non existing chicken or a tiny bit of chicken with overloaded BATTER
Disappointing food and service, I feel I was deliberately overcharged, so be careful and ask for a receipt. Overall, a very unhappy customer here. Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options on the menu, so they charge more for them than the meat options! Also, I don't think the vegetarian satay was vegetarian, it tasted of fish sauce, so I'm pretty sure it had fish sauce in.
The man that served us was really friendly, but unfortunately the food just wasn’t very nice. We waited 30/40 mins which we thought was fine as we ordered for 8 people, but once we unpacked each dish it was nothing like we ordered or had eaten at any other Chinese. To top off the long wait we got outside to find some boys leaning on our bonnet having a chat..

Just a little more seasoning needed in beef chop suet, otherwise great food. And the chips were excellent. Special fried rice was also very good and plentiful.
Fabulous food, just a bit of a long wait, but I guess that shows the food is cooked freshly to order
Had a take away tonight from The Silver Lake, first time we have been there from Tremadog and is the very best Chinese we have had. *****+
One of the worst Chinese takeaways ever purchased. Ribs were tough as leather, chicken balls were undercooked and noodles were soggy ....so glad this is not our local.
£50 for a dead fly on my cracker and gelatine, acetone tasting lemon chicken. Although i’m extremely upset the staff were lovely. i’m just devastated that we will have go hungry tonight due to this mishap. tried 2 times now and last time was better than this.
