Awful service left with out a mattress for 8 days ! Sent my 2 mattresses to two different warehouses and then got lost and took 8 days to fix the problem leaving me on the sofa un except able amd don't even wish to give me a good will gesture won't be purchasing again
The item I received from here was damaged! When I tried to contact the staff they were useless! Just kept sending a link and when I clicked on it it said I had to download a label! I don’t have a printer! Evri was supposed to pick up the parcel on 6th and 13th August but NEVER TURNED UP! Silentnight did not help! I’d never buy another silentnight product again! I thought customer service was supposed to help but it didn’t!
do not order any of this companies beds. Have been waiting 3 months for a bed to be delivered. First one was destroyed before delivery. 2nd one delivery was attempted but mattress was dirty, wet and damaged. Now waiting to hear about bed 3. Not impressed with this company at all. Never had this problem with a bed delivery before. Will never buy any this companies beds
Mattress prolapsed twice during the warranty period. First time they admitted the fault and replaced but the second time they sent an inspector who basically took a whole bunch of selfies lying down on the bed and touching our mattress and said there is no issue. So they refuse to do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THE QUALITY OF AN EXPENSIVE MATTRESS IS NOT WORTH IT AND THEY WILL NOT CARE YOUR BACK IS IN PAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR MATTRESS.
Silentnight, whilst our experience with yourselves has been pleasant, you are being terribly let down by your courier company Panther as their Google reviews show , and we the customer are the ones who suffer. We paid for an installation surface and they did not unpack our mattress nor take away the packaging. They also accepted a tip before we realised that they hadn't fulfilled the service that we had paid for which apparently they are not meant to do. They were surly and uncooperative. They are the reason we will not be using you again.
