terrible customer service, no way of contacting a human. parcel was lost unable to get hold of anybody via email/bot or phone to get my refund or replacement. will never order from here again.
Fast delivery. Diffucult to reach by email, because 2 tshirts weren't deliverd. But via the online help chat I spoke with an agent/employee within 3 minutes and she refunded those tshirt within a minute. I received an email confirmation and she helped me with my return as well. Good quality clothes and very friendly. So my advice is to reach out to the online help chat, ask for an agent if you have any problems.
Material is great but sizes are completely off. I ordered a S size and it was US 8...wayy too big for me. Customer service is terrible terrible terrible. No 1800 number just emails that keep creating tickets which no one responds to.
Ordered just a t shirt tuesday and still hasnt been dispatched..... took 3 days to be notified it was being processed, think spend a bit of the marketing budget on actually getting the products sent out. Very bad customer service. My son wanted to change a shirt he bought, we sent it back according to their instructions, paid money to send it and to receive the bigger size as on their page this size was available. After that heard nothing about them nor did the shirt come, only after contacting them they said the size my son wanted was no longer available though it was when we did the return on their page. No information given from their part about this, very rude service. They said they had some problem with the tracking number but now reading the comments here seems to be their way of doing business. Disgusting. Don’t buy from their page!!

Placed two orders with them and have been very pleased with the material quality and deliveries were made promptly. Surprised to see such negative reviews from some customers as the quality of clothes for the price is very good value and delivered on time. Great range of clothes....Will be re-ordering.
DO NOT BUY!!! from these direct, they don't send you what you bought online and when you email them they never get back to you. I ordered 3 items but they only sent two. i emailed customer services but they're about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Thank god i paid through PayPal, fingers crossed they can help me.
Sizes are way too small! Bought some pants one size bigger but still too small!!! Most awful: Return policy is absolutely bad! Customer has to pay for the return via a service they provide that costs 10€
