We cannot express strongly enough how impressed we have been with the service provided by Signature, in particular yourself and Ross. The service we received from you during our visit to view made all the difference and was an important factor in us buying Merlin. Just as important has been the after sales service which cannot be faulted. In our search to find a replacement we visited many dealers, some good and some not so good, but none gave us the service and confidence provided by yourselves. Never ever have I experienced such terrible customer after service. Shiny exterior image with no solidity or back up after my wife and I spent over £140000 purchasing an 18 month old RV to travel Europe, the problems we have had with Ross (Director) who doesn't care at all as soon as he has taken your cash and got the vehicle of the forecourt. Repairs are quick fixes and existing problems are masked over. Staff are encouraged to do this it's no wonder they leave to work elsewhere Dave the salesmen is a genuine decent chap who deserves to work somewhere with more integrity. Thanks Dave for your help. We are reluctantly having to change our RV due to the constantly unresolved and reoccurring issues. Fortunately our new RV comes with a 12 month warranty rather than a limited 3 month warranty offered by Signature. Empire RV have been absolutely fantastic, understanding and taken our vehicle in p/x despite all the issues. We was given every reassurance as Empire knew how awful we had been treated by Signature in Wolverhampton and what a difference great salesman, superb aftercare and genuinely lovely people/company to deal with. I have never met a company that goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction, even loaned me a courtesy car, because my repair was going to take longer than a day. Well done all of you at Signature motorhomes. A big thank you. Brian Lacey
