Worst blow dry ever paid £23 20 minutes later it had dropped out !!! I poped back to shop to complain and was told the manager would call me ........ never heard from the shop since !!!!

I have been at this salon before wasn't impressed but decided to try my luck one more time and again huge disappointment. Despite being served by another hairdresser the same issue. First question I got asked was if I need my hair to be washed. I told the receptionist that I didn't as I washed it the day before but I didn't like my hair to be cut dry and she said they will spray with some water. But the hairdresser didn't even bother to do that and cut my hair dry. It was tied in a ponytail and wasn't straight when I took it off but she cut it even without straightening and when I got home realised one side is at least 1cm longer than the other. I don't understand why they avoid washing hair as their price isn't the cheapest. But the most important thing is the cut is awful. I will have to keep it in a ponytail again until I find a good hairdressers to correct it. The staff absolutely not interested in caring for customer and retaining them.

I was there in December hoping to find someone that can make a beautiful change to my hair. My hair was very healthy...until then. My wish was to change the color of my hair and I relied on them to advise me well. You know..when you go in a salon, they shouldn't let you go with a color that could ruin your hair on doesn't suit you. Instead, they bleached all my hair. My hair color was black at the moment. So you can imagine... Not only my hair was ruined, but that color was so not for me...:-( If they will read this review, they will know it's me. Not even them can't forget this experience. For me was horrible. Near to depression.. I am sure that for the clients that are not looking for a pro advice, and just need a haircut and a blowdry, everything is perfect. But I am not sure about the clients like me... Anyways, I hope it was just me. i hope it was only this failure for them..

Did my hair and beard for my wedding, the attention to detail and time given was second to none!

Been going to them for years, very professional. Always walk out feeling fab after having my hair done. Wouldn't go anywhere ELSE! .
