Great environment to train in, no matter your fighting level and experience, and led by people who have a huge amounts of knowledge! Highly recommend for anyone trying to keep fit and learn Muay Thai!
This is a great place to train with professional and safe instructors and second to none facilities 2 boxing rings an array of heavy bags and large training hall I only wish I got into Muay Thai when I was younger rather than spend a lifetime interpreting karate kata . Muay Thai is a devastating contact sport and and just feels natural . It’s ideal for the street .
Great instructors with a wealth of knowledge and experience who cater to all experience levels. Always learning something new, and the training facility is a plus!
