A truly parasitic business model. Customers need to give two weeks WRITTEN notice to vacate the storage room. If you missed your vacating day then the two weeks period restarts all over again that is only when you get in touch with them. It is absolutely irrelevant whether you have any items in the storage unit or just thin air; the company isn't interested in any of your logic or reasoning. All they are concerned is the maximum amount of money they can legally steal from you. They have no shame or morale. The staff just hide behind the companies 'terms & conditions' excuse; they don't have their own morale or views. They perfectly reflect the low ethics of their company too. 

For comparison, the Big Yellow storage in Cardiff treated and respected me as a valued customer. Such a huge difference in my experiences with the two units. I clearly know where I'll go next for my storage needs even if it may be more expensive (which it wasn't).

Good rental rate offered.  Friendly and efficient staff.  Huge facility and maybe still very new to us, but more directions to find way around would be useful - otherwise would give it 5 stars!

The two ladies at the reception were extremely helpful and endeavoured  to get me a space that I needed rather than sell me something which was unsuitable

It can be hard working out what 100 sq. ft. is but this place has an online store tour where you can see for yourself what size room you may need. Everything was so easy to figure out & received fab service too! Thanks!
