Long term customer of Shurgards having spent 000's, had email exchanges with David before christmas just after my Dad had died, who asked me to come in regarding account to sign a DD, no advice of a major problem then without another call or email from him I find out they have emptied my unit and sold everything. Keep saying acting under terms..but there hadn't been a word from David to say he was withdrawing the request to sell my goods off...lied. Disgraceful..be warned...

The staff (especially Nikayla) greeted me with a warm and welcoming presence, they were also very informative about the expenses and the notice period.

Dave on reception is the man - very helpful and entertaining bloke - he must have been a stand-up comedian in a former life! It was all pretty easy to get our stuff in and the rates seem to be the best around (with the first month's rate heavily discounted).
