Really helpful and friendly service. Easy to access unit they have both drive up units and indoor ones. Incredibly quick and efficient to get keys and access on first visit. Simple out of hours access - can use an app on your phone or traditional keypad entry to site. Overall excellent storage facility
Chris has been amazing. Showed me several units and didnt hassle me when I wanted to compare sizes again. When I was being a bit slow working out all.the security trying to get in he took extra time to walk me through it and set up the App for me. Great experience. Really helpful.
New client to Shurgard, let's be honest I probably wouldn't have ended up renting at this place if Chris wasn't working there. This bloke literally did more than what he is paid to do, kept entertaining my back and forth questions and viewings. Tell your boss you need a raise .. Valuable asset to the team.
Above and beyond customer service! Nicola was so helpful and friendly, answering all of the questions we asked. She also put a lot of effort in finding the cheapest option available to us at the time, to ensure we wouldn't be wasting money on renting too big of a storage unit that would be mostly empty
Had a really good experience at Shurgard in Epsom. The staff were super efficient and attentive and very kind and considerate. They went through the paperwork quickly, it was reasonably priced and it all went like clockwork on the day. Would really recommend as they also have increased security so I feel confident about the security at the storage facility.
Excellent service. Nicky the lady that dealt with my contract was kind, courteoand explained everything reassuringly well. It is seldom that I venture to give people a review but this time I do so with complete confidence!
Excellent level of service from Chris today when carrying out and completing my storage rental unit at the Epsom branch. Very worthy of 5* and definitely a credit to the Shurgard team. I will certainty recommending Shurgard to friends and family.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, or rather lack of it at Shurgard. They have taken a payment out of our account for £20 which they say is a late payment but no invoice has been sent just automated emails that give no invoice details just amount owing and when I rang up to query it they were extremely rude and unhelpful basically saying that it is tough and that it must be right even though they cannot give an actual reason why the £20 has been taken!. I then asked for the name of the person in charge to be told his name was 'Chris' but refused to give a surname and also refused to give me any details of a name of any person in charge to email to complain. Absolute shambles of a company
Very professional staff. Chris has explained and answered all my queries. He reallocated a storage near the lift which will make my journey shorter and storing easier. The other storage company just cannot beat Shurgard price.
Chris is incredibly helpful, assisting us with the right sized storage at the best price. We’ve taken two units at Shurgard Epsom and never had a problem.
